WASHINGTON, March 10 (Xinhua) — About 140 U.S. service members have been wounded, including eight seriously, since the U.S.-Israeli air strike against Iran began on February 28, Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said on Tuesday.

"The vast majority of these injuries are minor, and 108 service members have already returned to duty. Eight remain seriously wounded and are receiving the highest level of medical care," Parnell said in a statement.
