Changes have been made to Moscow's land use and development regulations to allow for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building under the renovation program in the Novomoskovsky Administrative District. "A residential building is planned for construction on a 0.25-hectare plot of land at 6/10 Sadovaya Street under the renovation program. The total area of the apartments in the new building will be 5,000 square meters, with an additional 500 square meters designated for non-residential space. The surrounding area will be landscaped, including sports and playgrounds," explained Vladislav Ovchinsky.
