JERUSALEM, March 10 (Xinhua) — A construction worker was killed Monday in central Israel as a result of an Iranian airstrike, Magen David Adom (Magen David Adom) rescue service spokesman Zaki Heller told Xinhua.
His death brings the total number of deaths in Israel since the conflict began on February 28 to 11, according to official Israeli figures.
According to Z. Heller, a second worker at the same construction site in Yehuda, east of Tel Aviv, was hospitalized in critical condition. A third person, who was at a different location, suffered serious injuries.
