The capital has issued an urban development plan for a land plot for the construction of an industrial complex. It will be built under the capital's Targeted Investment Program. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

"An industrial complex with a maximum area of 92,000 square meters will be built in the Pechatniki district. A land development plan has been issued for this purpose. The facility will be built as part of the integrated development program in Industrial Zone No. 26, "Yuzhny Port," on a 2.8-hectare site. The work will be financed from the city budget," explained Vladimir Efimov.

The project will be an important step in transforming former industrial areas into high-tech clusters capable of not only stimulating economic growth but also creating new jobs for Muscovites.

"The project's implementation will not only modernize outdated production facilities but also create a favorable environment for innovative enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, and research and development centers. The facility, located at 30/6 Shosseyny Proezd, will be built in accordance with sustainable development principles. The building will be connected to modern utility networks, energy-efficient technologies will be used, and the surrounding area will be improved," added the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.
