Abu Dhabi, March 10 (Xinhua) — The Al Ruwais refinery in the UAE, considered the largest single-site refinery in the Middle East and one of the world's four largest, was shut down as a precaution following a drone attack, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday.
Earlier in the day, Abu Dhabi authorities said a drone attack had caused a fire at an industrial complex in Ruwais, but no injuries were reported.
There is no information yet on whether the oil refinery itself, located in this complex, was directly affected. –0–
