Washington, March 9 (Xinhua) — US President Donald Trump said Monday that he is "still a long way off" from ordering the deployment of American ground troops to Iran to protect nuclear materials in Isfahan, the New York Post reported.
"We haven't made any decisions on that yet. We're still very far from that," Trump said in a telephone interview with the newspaper.
He also expressed his "displeasure" over the election of Mojtaba Khamenei as Iran's new supreme leader.
