BEIJING, March 8 (Xinhua) — China always puts its neighboring countries at the top of its diplomatic agenda, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Sunday at a press conference on the sidelines of the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) in Beijing.
Mutual assistance and support are traditional values of China, and good treatment of neighbors is characteristic of Chinese culture, noted Wang Yi.
