BEIJING, March 6 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday stressed the need to steadily pursue the path of developing healthcare with Chinese characteristics and ensure decisive progress in implementing the "Healthy China" initiative during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030).
Xi Jinping made the statement while attending a joint panel discussion at the 4th session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
The panel discussion included members of the CPPCC National Committee from the People's Democratic Party of China (PDP), the September 3rd Society, and representatives from the medical, health, and social security sectors. -0-
