The capital is hosting free sports competitions for people with disabilities. They will be able to compete in games of zhulbak, cornhole, and badminton, as well as participate in swimming races. To participate in the competition, participants must have a full set of documents on hand on the day of the event.

On March 10, residents with disabilities over the age of 18 will be able to join a district-wide cornhole and slugging tournament. Participants will be challenged to demonstrate their marksmanship: they will roll wooden pucks into pockets on a special board (they have three attempts) and throw weighted bags into holes on an inclined board to score 21 points.

The competition will take place from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gambit Sports Club on Vesennaya Street (Building 4). To participate, you will need an identity document, a compulsory medical insurance policy (CMI), a medical and social examination certificate (MSE), or other relevant documentation.

On March 14, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, the Dvizhenie Sports Complex on Dorognaya Street (44) will host district badminton competitions. Participants will play in a round-robin format. Each match consists of three sets or a best-of-three format. Players will be divided into age groups: 18–30, 31–45, and 46 and up. Registration requires identification, medical insurance, Form 1144-n, and a Medical and Social Expertise (MSE) certificate.

On the same day, from 12:30 to 2:30 PM, the Formula Vody Sports Complex at 32 Ibragimova Street will host the 25-meter freestyle swimming competition. It will be part of the Moscow Interdistrict Spartakiad "Sport Without Barriers." Residents with common medical conditions, hearing or vision impairments, and musculoskeletal disorders are welcome to participate. Participants must present an identity document, a participation application, an individual (or group) medical clearance certificate, and a compulsory medical insurance policy.

On March 15, swimming enthusiasts will be able to participate in two races. This morning, from 10:00 to 10:45, Muscovites over 18 with hearing impairments will gather at the Sputnik Arena sports complex (Zelenograd, 2 Columbus Square). Participants must bring a passport, a medical examination certificate, and medical clearance form No. 1144-n.

During the day, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, swimmers will compete in freestyle at the Medynsky swimming pool on Medynskaya Street (Building 9a, Bldg. 2) in the age categories 18–30, 31–45, and 46+. To register, you will need to provide identification, a medical certificate, a medical examination certificate, and a certificate in Form No. 1144-n. You must bring swimming equipment and a change of footwear.
