Since the renovation program began in the Golovinsky district in northern Moscow, more than 1,800 residents have received new apartments. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
Residents of the Golovinsky District began moving into new buildings under the renovation program on Avangardnaya and Flotskaya Streets in 2021. Moving Assistance"In total, 137 old buildings in the district will be relocated under the current renovation program, and more than 12,600 families will receive new apartments," said Vladimir Efimov.

"Since the beginning of the renovation program in the Golovinsky District, 17 residential complexes have been opened for occupancy. They feature more than 3,200 apartments with a total floor area of over 167,000 square meters. All new buildings were constructed with barrier-free design principles in mind: the entrance halls are wide, and the entryways and elevator lobbies are located on a single level, without steps. Furthermore, over 30 apartments have been adapted for people with disabilities: they have been equipped with widened doorways and corridors for wheelchair access, and special grab bars have been installed in the bathrooms," explained the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.
