The decision to implement mass accreditation was made in part due to the successful experience of four state-owned Zhilishchnik institutions, which had previously received the right to inspect household water meters. This service, provided by verified state organizations, has become popular among city residents.
Muscovites can also use the service Verification of water meters on mos.ru and in the city's mobile apps "Electronic Home" or "My Moscow." The service is provided by reliable partner organizations registered in the national accreditation system. After the procedure is completed, a specialist will provide the customer with a contract, a certificate of completion, and, if necessary, a copy of the accreditation certificate of the performing organization. Within 40 days, information about the completed verification will be transferred to the Arshin federal state information system. The performing organization will do this independently.
