Artists Pavel Khomich and Kirill Roshchin created a new large-scale mural on the wall of the Kolomna plant's body shop.
The artwork is executed in a style familiar to the plant's employees: a dominant blue and light blue palette with bright orange accents. The artists drew inspiration for the theme from the factory's romantic atmosphere and real-life images of the plant. The wall depicts a wheel set, the body of a modern TEP70BS diesel locomotive, portraits of Soviet workers, and current welders Elena Bragina and Elena Bogdanova.
Projects like these are an important part of the strategy to create a modern, inspiring environment for employees. The plant is actively transforming its space, transforming production areas into technological hubs and adding new color to the workers' everyday lives. From the fuel equipment shop to the factory rheostat, murals are becoming new focal points, shaping the company's unique visual identity.
The Kolomensky Plant is confidently pursuing a comprehensive renewal, where equipment modernization goes hand in hand with the transformation of the environment. Incorporating art into the industrial space is an investment in the emotional climate, in employees' pride in their workplace, and in the new, dynamic image of one of the country's largest machine-building enterprises. The plant doesn't just operate—it creates, develops, and paints its future in vibrant colors.
