Beijing, March 5 (Xinhua) — China will continue to expand its high-level opening-up, according to a government work report submitted to the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress on Thursday.
According to the report, it is necessary to expand market access and areas for achieving openness, giving priority to the service sector.
The scale of pilot projects to implement openness in the areas of value-added telecommunications services, biotechnology, and the creation of hospitals with 100% foreign capital will be expanded, the report says.
The report also states that the country intends to systematically expand openness in the digital sphere and reduce the negative list regulating the development of cross-border trade in services. -0-
