"A permit for the renovation project was issued in December 2025. The developer has already notified us of the commencement of work on a land plot of over 0.5 hectares, after which inspectors have developed a program of on-site inspections. During these inspections, the quality of the work and materials will be assessed for compliance with the design documentation and the architectural and urban planning requirements," explained the chairman of the capital's State Construction Supervision Committee.
