The list of sites—blocks (territories) where residential complexes for resettlement under the renovation program are planned to be built—has expanded by five addresses. A resolution on this matter was signed. Sergei Sobyanin.

The new sites are located in four districts across three administrative districts of Moscow. The total area of future housing in these areas will be 76,100 square meters. This will allow for the relocation of 15 older buildings with 1,090 apartments, providing comfortable housing for 2,800 people.

The renovation program includes 5,176 buildings—approximately 350,000 apartments with a total area of 16.4 million square meters, home to approximately one million people.

853 sites have been identified for new housing construction. Approximately eight million square meters of housing have been commissioned. This will allow for the relocation of at least 1,600 older buildings. Design and construction of approximately 11 million square meters of housing are underway.

Since the program's inception, at least 260,000 residents have been resettled.
