— Hearing of the government work report delivered by Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang.
— Review of the draft of the main provisions of the 15th Five-Year Plan for China's Social and Economic Development.
— Consideration of the report on the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for 2025 and the draft socio-economic development plan for 2026, as well as the draft socio-economic development plan for 2026.
— Consideration of the report on the execution of the central and local budgets for 2025 and the draft central and local budgets for 2026, as well as the draft central and local budgets for 2026.
— Hearing explanations from Li Hongzhong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, on the draft environmental code, the draft law on promoting national unity and progress, and the draft law on national development planning.
