Beijing, March 4 (Xinhua) — The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) plans to formulate a law on childcare services this year to channel more resources into the welfare of the general public and stimulate consumption, Lou Qinjian, spokesperson for the fourth session of the 14th NPC, announced at a press conference on Wednesday.
