Washington, February 26 (Xinhua) — At least one U.S. citizen was killed and another was injured Wednesday when the Cuban Coast Guard fired "highly unusual" shots at a U.S.-registered boat, U.S. media reported Thursday, citing U.S. officials.
The victim is receiving medical treatment in Cuba. The owner of the speedboat reported that the 24-foot vessel was stolen by one of his employees in Florida, U.S. authorities told Axios.
The incident left four people dead and six others injured.
