BEIJING, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) — China is deeply concerned about the escalation of the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan and urges both sides to achieve a ceasefire as soon as possible, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said on Friday.
