Beijing, February 25 (Xinhua) — Chinese-German cooperation is the only optimal solution to address risks, and development is the only option to ensure the security of both sides, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said on Wednesday.
Li Qiang made the statement at a meeting of the China-Germany Economic Consultative Council, which he attended together with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who arrived on a visit to China.
"The more serious the situation becomes, the more actively China and Germany must strengthen cooperation," the head of the Chinese government emphasized.
