TEHRAN, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) — Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi left Tehran on Wednesday, leading a political delegation to Geneva to participate in a new round of proximity talks with the United States.
The third round of nuclear talks between Iranian and US delegations will take place on February 26 in Geneva, Switzerland, according to Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency.
The talks are expected to take place amid ongoing tensions between Iran and the United States over the buildup of American military presence in the West Asian region.
