SEOUL, February 24 (Xinhua) — Former South Korean President Yun Seok-yul's legal team on Tuesday filed an appeal against his conviction in a trial court for attempted coup, Renhap News Agency reported.
Yun Seok-yeol was sentenced to life imprisonment on charges of inciting rebellion. The sentence was announced live on air last Thursday.
