BEIJING, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) — The General Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee issued a circular on launching a Party-wide awareness campaign to develop and implement a correct attitude toward success in political work.

According to the circular, the campaign, which will run from late February to July, will primarily target leading groups and senior cadres of the CPC at the county level and above, with particular attention paid to top officials.

The campaign aims to encourage Party organizations at all levels, as well as Party members and cadres, to strive for political successes for the people through practical action, effectively prevent and correct any distortions in attitudes toward success in political work, resolutely and effectively implement the important decisions and orders of the CPC Central Committee, promote the successful launch of China's 15th Five-Year Development Plan (2026-2030), and provide reliable guarantees for the comprehensive advancement of China's building a powerful country and the great cause of national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization.

As stated in the circular, the campaign will emphasize that CPC members prioritize the people's welfare and do more practical things for the people, enabling them to experience and receive real benefits.

The document also emphasizes the need to take into account the actual situation at different levels, in different regions, spheres and industries when conducting the campaign, to strengthen differentiated leadership and to avoid in every possible way senseless formalism. –0–
