Entrepreneurs can take part in open auctions for the sale of three commercial premises in the Koptevo district. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department of Competition Policy. Kirill Purtov.
"Three commercial spaces, ranging in size from 94.6 to 131.3 square meters, are up for auction at the city auction. The properties are located in a modern residential building in the central part of the Koptevo district. The flexible use of the spaces allows for virtually any type of business activity—from office space for companies, agencies, and coworking spaces to medical offices, creative studios, cafes and restaurants, and other service businesses," noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located on the ground floor of building 10 on Cherepanov Proezd and have separate entrances. Basic utilities are connected to each entrance.
Applications for the auction will close on February 25 and March 10, and the auctions will take place on March 4 and 17 on the Roseltorg electronic platform. Registration and an enhanced, qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
