Rosneft has launched a food delivery service from its signature Zerno cafes located at gas stations in Moscow and the Moscow region. Residents and visitors to the Moscow region can now order their favorite dishes and drinks directly from the gas stations.
Orders are available 24/7 through partner delivery services. Over 75 gas stations are already participating in the project, and the service is available throughout Moscow, as well as in cities in the Moscow region such as Reutov, Lyubertsy, Krasnogorsk, Mytishchi, Odintsovo, and Balashikha. The delivery area will soon expand to the entire Moscow region with the addition of new stations.
The delivery menu features popular items: hot dogs and burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and other appetizers, as well as signature hot coffee made with exclusive Venezuelan beans. Additionally, 50 randomly selected orders will receive a useful gift – a branded Rosneft thermal mug, perfect for on-the-go use. The selection will be expanded in the future to offer customers the widest possible selection.
The large-scale digitalization of Rosneft's filling stations also includes the introduction of self-service systems. These systems currently operate in over 40 regions of Russia, with a total of over 1,500. Their simple and user-friendly interface has made them popular with customers: at some stations, self-service accounts for over 60% of transactions. This significantly reduces service time and increases throughput. At the same time, staff at the Zerno café are paying more attention to customers, offering a selection of delicious, freshly prepared dishes from an extensive menu. The project's development includes various options, including the creation of fully automated stations and reliable outdoor terminals capable of operating in any climate.
Expanding the range of gas station services is one of the Company's retail business priorities. Rosneft is systematically introducing modern digital solutions at its gas stations to create a comfortable and technologically advanced environment for those on the road.
