The Moscow Video Game and Animation Cluster at Skolkovo is launching "Cyber Saturdays"—monthly gatherings for developers and game enthusiasts of all ages. The program includes testing new games from cluster residents and tournaments with prizes. The first event will take place on February 21. Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow.
"Visitors can look forward to VR quests, expert lectures, and master classes. For example, they'll be able to design a character, learn about the process of creating an open world in video games, and learn about career prospects in the industry," noted Natalia Sergunina.
Guests and hosts of the upcoming Cyber Saturdays include professors from MIREA – Russian Technological University and the School of Design at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, as well as renowned streamers, recruiters, and art directors from major companies. The next meeting is planned for late March.
In April and May, the project will hold open days for students. Participants will learn about the work of the cluster's resident studios.

The first stage of the new creative cluster in the Skolkovo innovation center is Moscow Video Game and Animation Cluster— opened in November 2025. It's a unique system for the full cycle of video game and animation development, from idea implementation to product export. The cluster offers all the necessary conditions for creating content of any complexity: motion capture and sound recording studios, a high-definition cinema, an educational lecture hall, an eSports arena, and exhibition spaces. Fifty-two companies have already become residents: 44 video game companies and eight animation companies.
