In honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day, parking will be free on all Moscow streets on February 23. This was announced on their channel in MAX messenger Sergei Sobyanin reported.
"This includes parking lots with rates of 380, 450, and 600 rubles per hour, as well as dynamic rate zones," the Moscow Mayor wrote.
