BEIJING, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) — China's Ministry of Emergency Management said Thursday that 4.44 billion yuan (about 639 million U.S. dollars) of central disaster relief funds have been fully delivered to designated locations, benefiting 26.01 million people.

These funds are intended to support local authorities in providing assistance to people affected by natural disasters in overcoming life's difficulties during the winter and spring periods.
