St. Petersburg, February 12 (Xinhua) — A 20-year-old Russian citizen involved in the arson attack on an electric train has been detained in St. Petersburg. The press service of the Transport Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Northwestern Federal District reported this on Thursday.

It was established that the perpetrator, acting on instructions received from an unidentified source via instant messaging, used a flammable liquid to set fire to an electric train on the Finland Line of the October Railway.
