Rosneft summarized the results of its corporate volunteer program, "Good Deeds Platform," for 2025. Rosneft volunteers implemented approximately 1,700 social projects and events, involving over 108,000 Company employees.
Corporate volunteering is crucial for addressing socially significant issues in the regions where Rosneft operates and encompasses a variety of areas: humanitarian, social, sports, and environmental.
One of the main areas of volunteer work in 2025 was events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Rosneft volunteers across the country held events aimed at preserving historical memory, strengthening ties between generations, and promoting patriotic education. Employees provided assistance to veterans, organized the cleanup and repair of monuments and military graves, and conducted courage lessons at sponsored children's institutions. Volunteers also organized patriotic car and bike rides, planted alleys of fame in many cities, and unfurled the 80-meter St. George's Ribbon.
Particular attention was paid to supporting children. Over the course of the year, volunteers conducted over 360 events, benefiting over 17,000 children. Volunteers supported schools and kindergartens, participated in organizing school reunions for children from low-income families, and conducted career guidance workshops to introduce them to the oil industry profession. In Moscow, excursions were organized for children from family centers to children's parks, zoos, and sporting events. For example, volunteers regularly organized trips for children to matches of the CSKA hockey club, owned by Rosneft, the Moscow Zoo, and many other places. Oil workers also actively participated in national and regional charity events for children, including the interactive educational project "City of Safety," the "Get Your Child Ready for School" campaign, the "Box of Courage," and others.
Support for the blood donor movement is an important part of Rosneft's corporate culture. In 2025, 88 blood donor events were held at the Company's facilities, with over 8,000 employees participating.
Significant attention was paid to environmental volunteering as part of Rosneft's environmental initiatives. Employees conducted over 400 environmental campaigns across the country, including the improvement of public and natural areas and waste separation. For example, the Company's subsidiaries recycled 1,000 tons of waste paper. Furthermore, employees regularly replenish water resources in the regions where they operate with valuable fish species and participate in tree planting. Over 34,000 volunteers participated in environmental volunteer projects in 2025.
The "Good Deeds Platform" program successfully fosters corporate culture, develops team spirit, and enables employees to make a tangible contribution to society. Young activists from the "Movement of the First" have proven to be reliable supporters of Rosneft volunteers. Schoolchildren and teenagers eagerly respond to the call to participate in thematic and environmental projects.
