VIENNA, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) — The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) on Wednesday said it would maintain its previous forecasts for global oil demand growth in 2026 and 2027.

In its February monthly oil market report, OPEC forecasts "healthy" global oil demand growth in 2026 at 1.4 million barrels per day (bpd), followed by a 1.3 million bpd increase in 2027, consistent with the previous month's estimates. –0–
