Moscow, February 11 (Xinhua) — Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, during his speech at government hour in the State Duma on Wednesday, congratulated the Chinese people on the upcoming Spring Festival (Chinese New Year, the traditional Chinese New Year according to the lunar calendar).
"In just a few days, the entire Chinese nation will celebrate the Lunar New Year. It remains for us to wish our friends that in the coming Year of the Red Horse, the Chinese nation's successes on its path to prosperity will continue to multiply," said Sergey Lavrov.
