Moscow, February 10 (Xinhua) — Russian President Vladimir Putin called building partnerships with the world's majority states to create a multipolar world a pressing task. He stated this in a congratulatory message to employees and veterans of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday.

"The task of deepening partnerships with the world's majority states in the interests of building a just, truly democratic multipolar world order based on the principles of the rule of international law and equal and indivisible security is highly pressing," the president's congratulatory message reads.
