A gala event was held at the National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (NRU MGSU) to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the founding of the public company "Single Customer in Construction." The company's performance was announced at the event, which was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

The Deputy Prime Minister read a welcoming address from Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. He also noted that the company was created at the Prime Minister's initiative and is now a strong customer capable of handling any task assigned to it.

"We also enjoy the constant support of the President. We've already completed many iconic projects, which the head of state visited and praised highly. One of the most recent such projects is the building of the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory after restoration. The result is a world-class facility. We've managed to preserve its historical value while introducing something new and modern. I'd like to especially commend the company's work in the reunified regions," noted Marat Khusnullin.

The Unified Construction Customer (UPC) operates in all eight federal districts and more than 65 regions across the country. The company's total project portfolio exceeds 5,500 projects. Construction has been completed on a number of complex buildings, research centers, and museums. For example, the new Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow and the new Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad have been commissioned. Restoration of the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory has been completed. Construction continues on federal children's rehabilitation centers in the Republic of Crimea and the Novosibirsk Region, as well as university campuses in Orel, Kaliningrad, and Novosibirsk.

Since 2021, the company has participated in the construction of more than 100 federal social facilities, as well as the restoration and construction of over 3,000 facilities in the reunified regions.

"Every year, we will continue to strive not only to increase construction volumes but also to raise quality standards, ensuring that every project we build meets the highest modern standards and requirements. We express our gratitude to the President of Russia, the Government of the Russian Federation, and the entire Russian construction industry for all their invaluable assistance and support. Your work and initiatives inspire us to new achievements and keep us moving forward. We are building the future together!" said Karen Oganesyan, General Director of the Unified Customer Production and Consulting Company.
