Beijing, Feb. 5 (Xinhua) — Chinese State Council Premier Li Qiang signed a State Council decree announcing decisions on revising and revoking some administrative regulations.
The State Council of the People's Republic of China will revise nine regulations, including the Regulations on Urban Greening, Landscape and Historical-Cultural Zones, and River Channel Management.
In addition, the State Council of the People's Republic of China will abolish two administrative regulations, including the Regulations on the Management of Township and Township Coal Mines.
These actions are expected to contribute to the transformation of government functions and the creation of a first-class internationalized business environment that ensures compliance with market principles and the rule of law.
