Rosneft has summarized the results of its corporate "Energy of Life" program for 2025. The number of employees who regularly exercise exceeded 134,000, a 5.5% increase from the previous year.
Supporting a healthy lifestyle is an important aspect of the Company's social policy. Rosneft not only promotes sports among its employees but also actively engages residents of the regions where it operates in sporting events.
Rosneft is developing the "Energy of Life" sports and fitness movement, through which employees regularly engage in sports, attend Company-organized training sessions, and participate in corporate, inter-company, and national competitions. In 2025, over 96,000 Company employees, as well as approximately 21,500 of their family members, participated in various competitions.
As part of the "Energy of Life" program, over 2,200 sports and fitness events were organized last year, attended by over 73,000 employees.
One of the largest corporate events was the 20th Summer Sports Games, which brought together approximately 3,000 participants from 74 companies. The "Energy of Life" track and field races and the "Rosneft Ski Track" ski race brought together nearly 2,500 athletes. Rosneft employees from across the country also participated in the 13th Rosneft Winter Sports Games and the "Rosneft GTO" competitions, the "Rosneft Racket" tennis and badminton tournament, the "Rosneft Puck" hockey tournament, a corporate chess tournament, and competitions in snowboarding, triathlon, and sports tourism.
Rosneft teams also successfully competed at the All-Russian level: the Moscow Marathon (2nd place among 138 teams), the Ironstar Sochi Sirius 2025 triathlon competition (2nd place in the corporate standings, victory in the men's relay and individual starts).
The Company offers training in over 20 sports, including ice hockey, cross-country skiing, biathlon, volleyball, basketball, mini-football, track and field, swimming, table tennis, tennis, badminton, CrossFit, and many others.
