"The first notifications about the start of resettlement in the Kuzminki district were received by residents of Building 101, Block 2 on Volgogradsky Prospekt in December 2018. In just seven years, more than 8,700 Muscovites have received offers of equivalent apartments in new buildings, including approximately 7,000 who have already signed contracts for new housing. The remaining 1,700 program participants who have begun resettlement are in the process of completing their paperwork," said Ekaterina Solovyova.

Elevators have been installed in the entrance halls, along with rooms for concierges and storage areas for strollers and bicycles. The grounds around the residential complexes have been landscaped: trees and shrubs have been planted, lawns and flower beds have been created, and playgrounds and sports fields with safe surfaces have been installed," explained the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.
