The Moscow government has adopted decisions on the comprehensive development of two inefficiently used non-residential development areas with a total area of 28.86 hectares in the Novomoskovsky and South-Eastern administrative districts, which are currently occupied by outdated buildings. The corresponding decrees were signed Sergei Sobyanin.

The redeveloped sites are planned to accommodate over 220,000 square meters of real estate, including industrial, public, business, and other facilities. In total, over 3,000 jobs will be created.

One of the reorganized territories, with an area of 22.14 hectares, is located in the Kommunarka district (Novomoskovsky administrative district) along Institutsky Proezd, near the intersection of Admirala Kornilova Street and Proektiruyemy Proezd No. 133.

The site's urban development potential amounts to 183,460 square meters of real estate, including offices and production facilities for enterprises in the electronics, light industry, food industry, jewelry industry, and porcelain and earthenware industry.

Another reorganized site with an area of 6.72 hectares is located in the Kapotnya district (South-Eastern Administrative District) at the address: 2nd quarter of Kapotnya, property 33, building 1, not far from the park of the 85th anniversary of the Moscow Oil Refinery.

The site is planned to house a 37,000-square-meter utility base for the state-funded institution "Motorways of the South-Eastern Administrative District." Employees will have parking available. The surrounding area will be landscaped and greened.

The Moscow government has approved and is currently implementing 179 integrated development projects covering a total area of over 1,600 hectares, including plans to build over 33 million square meters of real estate. These projects will create approximately 386,000 jobs.
