In the southwest of the capital, in the Cheryomushki district, a residential building constructed as part of the renovation program was commissioned. The permit was issued by Committee for State Construction Supervision of the City of Moscow (Moscow State Construction Supervision Authority), the agency's chairman reported Anton Slobodchikov.

The new building was assigned a postal address: Sevastopolsky Prospekt, Building 46a.

"Agency specialists issued a permit for the occupancy of a two-section building with varying heights and a living space of nearly 15,400 square meters. All apartments feature wide hallways and entryways, spacious kitchens, and bathrooms. The finished, improved finishes of the spaces available for relocation fully comply with the renovation program standards approved by the Moscow Government Resolution," noted Anton Slobodchikov.

The building's ground floor houses walk-through entrances, concierge rooms, and stroller storage. The non-residential spaces may eventually house shops and services. Three elevators with lifting capacities of 630 and 1,000 kilograms have been installed in each section. The facades are clad in beige porcelain tiles with brown-gray accents.

Seasonal landscaping was carried out in the adjacent area, and an internal courtyard with a recreation area, children's playground, and sports grounds was created.

At the direction of Sergei Sobyanin, the capital is paying special attention to the quality of housing under the renovation program. Construction on the building on Sevastopolsky Prospekt began in May 2023. During this time, inspectors from Mosgosstroynadzor conducted 13 inspections, assessing the quality of construction, finishing, installation of utility systems, and landscaping of the surrounding area. Following the final inspection, a conclusion was issued regarding the building's compliance with the design documentation.

Specialists from the subordinate Expertise Center were involved in the on-site events, conducting a range of laboratory and instrumental studies of building materials and structures being erected.

Renovation program approved in August 2017. It concerns about a million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 buildings. Sergei Sobyanin ordered an increase in the pace of implementation of the renovation program intwice.
