Moscow, February 2 (Xinhua) — Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Monday establishing the Years of Russian-Chinese Cooperation in Education in 2026-2027. The document was posted on the official website for the publication of legal acts.
“In order to further develop Russian-Chinese relations and expand bilateral ties in the field of education, hold the Years of Russian-Chinese Cooperation in Education in 2026-2027,” the document states.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation has been instructed to approve the composition of the Russian part of the organizing committee for the preparation and implementation of the Years of Russian-Chinese Cooperation in Education, which must, within one month, ensure the development and approval of a plan for the main events, as well as ensure the coordination of the preparation and implementation of these events. –0–
