YANGON, January 28 (Xinhua) — At least 12 people were killed in Myanmar on Wednesday evening when a vehicle carrying about 27 members of a theater troupe plunged into a deep ravine in Magway State, the Myanmar Theatre Association reported.
The association reported the tragedy later on Wednesday on social media, and its staff later confirmed the details to Xinhua.
Throughout the night, the association coordinates search and rescue operations and assistance to victims. –0–
