BEIJING, Jan. 26 (Xinhua) — Chinese residents made 6.52 billion domestic trips in 2025, up 16.2 percent from the previous year, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism said Monday.
According to the agency, last year Chinese residents spent 6.3 trillion yuan (approximately 900 billion US dollars) on domestic tourism, which is 9.5 percent more than the figure recorded the previous year.
