BEIJING, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) — Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Friday sent a telegram to Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar expressing condolences over the fire at a shopping mall in Pakistan.
