The city has put the rights to sell the property up for public auction. four Large-scale investment projects (MaIP) on land plots in the Kommunarka district. The plots range in size from 6,500 to 17,100 square meters. They will be leased to the winning bidders for three months from the date of the agreement. The rent for the entire lease term is one ruble per year. The starting price for the lots is one ruble, and the auction increment is 100,000 rubles.

This practice creates a level playing field for investors willing to work on major business projects, while simultaneously enabling the implementation of a long-term development strategy for the capital's districts, taking into account the interests of local residents and companies seeking to become part of the rapidly developing capital economy. In 2025, three land plots in the Kommunarka and Vnukovo districts, totaling 2.06 hectares, were allocated for large-scale investment projects following auctions in the Novomoskovsky Administrative District. These plots will house public and business complexes and an industrial facility," she explained.

Legal entities with experience in constructing capital construction projects and proof of receipt of total revenue in the amount of at least 10 percent of the planned investment volume specified in the notice of the auction may participate in the auctions.
