In 2025, under the supervision of the capital Department of Civil Engineering In the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts (TiNAO), nine social facilities were built and reconstructed using city funds. New social facilities have opened in six districts of the New Moscow: two projects each have been completed in Troitsk, Filimonkovsky, and Krasnopakhorsky districts, and one each in Shcherbinka, Bekasovo, and Kommunarka.
"Among the social infrastructure facilities that opened in the New Moscow Administrative Okrugs in 2025, schools are the most numerous. Six buildings, totaling approximately 70,000 square meters, were constructed or renovated in these administrative districts. They provide comfortable conditions for the comprehensive development of children. For example, in Shcherbinka, a new three-story building was constructed for 400 schoolchildren. It now includes laboratory and research complexes, specialized classrooms, a gym, spacious, bright recreation areas, a media library, and other spaces," noted the head of the Moscow Department of Civil Construction.
A modern outpatient clinic for adults and children, covering over 13,000 square meters, has been built in the Filimonkovsky district. It can handle 750 visits per shift. It features offices for doctors of all specialties, medical diagnostic testing, and treatment and preventive procedures, as well as modern laboratories, comfortable waiting areas, and a reception desk. Convenient navigation makes the building easy to navigate. A barrier-free environment has been created for people with disabilities.
The building also houses a family center, a branch of the Moscow City Rehabilitation Center, and a Moscow Longevity Center.
As the Chairman of the Moscow Committee for State Construction Supervision explained Anton SlobodchikovInspectors monitored the construction and renovation of social facilities in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts at all stages. A total of 75 on-site inspections were conducted, assessing the quality of structures and materials. Following final inspections in 2025, conclusions were issued regarding the compliance of the constructed buildings with the requirements of the approved design documentation, after which occupancy permits were issued.
