BEIJING, January 20 (Xinhua) — China has decided to submit Xiamen's candidacy to host the Secretariat of the Convention on Marine Biological Diversity Beyond Areas of National Jurisdiction (MBDNA) and informed the UN Secretary-General of the decision on January 16, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Tuesday.
