Tbilisi, January 20 (Xinhua) — Georgia's foreign trade turnover in goods (excluding undeclared trade) amounted to $25.82 billion in 2025, up 10.1 percent from the previous year, the country's National Statistics Service reported on Tuesday.

According to the agency, exports amounted to $7.29 billion, an increase of 11.2 percent. Imports grew by 9.7 percent to $18.53 billion. Georgia's negative trade balance in 2025 amounted to $11.23 billion, accounting for 43.5 percent of its foreign trade turnover.

In 2025, the share of Georgia's ten largest trading partners in total foreign trade amounted to 67.8 percent. The country's largest trading partners are Turkey ($3.10 billion), the United States ($2.84 billion), and Russia ($2.68 billion).

The largest local export commodities (excluding re-exports) in 2025 included ores and concentrates of precious metals, natural grape wines and other alcoholic beverages. –0–
