TAIYUAN, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) — Five people were killed in a two-car collision near Zhanglan Township in Jiexiu City in north China's Shanxi Province around 4:00 a.m. Sunday, local authorities said.
One of the drivers, whose blood alcohol concentration was 159 mg per 100 ml, exceeding the legal limit, was detained. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
