Moscow, January 16 /Xinhua/ — The death toll from the stun grenade explosion in Syktyvkar, the administrative center of the Komi Republic, has risen to 18, all of whom have been hospitalized, RIA Novosti reported on Friday.

Russian Health Minister Assistant Alexei Kuznetsov said that the condition of four people is extremely serious, five are in serious condition, and three are in moderate condition.
