Moscow, January 16 /Xinhua/ — Inflation in Russia in 2025 amounted to 5.59 percent, slowing in monthly terms to 0.32 percent in December after 0.42 percent in November, Rosstat reported on Friday.
Food inflation in Russia in December was 0.43 percent monthly, up from 0.69 percent in November, and 5.24 percent year-on-year. Non-food prices increased by 0.34 percent last month, representing a 2.99 percent year-on-year increase. Services increased by 0.15 percent compared to November 2025, representing a 9.3 percent year-on-year increase.
The annual inflation rate in Russia in 2024 was 9.52 percent, in 2023 – 7.42 percent, in 2022 – 11.94 percent. –0–
